Dieting Tips? - how many calories in beef tips

I have fed in the last 2 months continuously, without any cheating. I think I will not lose weight, as it should. I'm 5'0 "and my current weight is 139 pounds, and each time I weigh myself at Publix shit, it's always the same weight. I eat a very low calorie diet each day and have no beef, pork, lamb or beef in more than two months. I start my day with some Special K and skim milk. I do not eat lunch and dinner: fish, turkey or chicken with steamed vegetables, and sometimes I will just put egg beater in a penalty of wheat . Every day I ride my bicycle or exercise and burn 300, 500 or 1000 calories a day, 7 days a week. My question is, what I do wrong, I lose weight? "I wear a size 5 jeans and are a little loose to me, but again I am only 5.0 seconds. is so short, I must be on a size 1, I see looking for. I know I've lost weight, but the scale said 139 pounds at Publix.

hard to believe, dear ... in 5'oy 120th Size 5 ... I do not a .. Rememeber their bones and muscles weigh more than fat. supliment a home can be found ... idk but it sounds a little .... lazy?

Your body is the book exchange pounds of fat in the muscles, so that no attention to scale. The old adage, muscle weighs more than fat, is certainly correct. You are lost fat and replaced it with muscle. This is very good.

What is not good that you do not eat food. If you want to lose weight quickly, you should eat 6 mini-meals per day, not 2 or 3 large. Eat a little, like half a meal every 2 hours. Your stomach will shrink and feel much less crowded and fly the metabolism yor.

It happened to you that you are not likely to lose weight .... You have to foods rich in protein food every 2 to 3 hours.

plenty of exercise helps soooo much. Drink lots of water ... after training. That is a lot of weight and the weight of the water, so that if you exercise ... Sweat. But do not take the unhealthy eating habits intonation:)

You're skipping meals, your body today everything into starvation mode. This reduces lean body mass and metabolic rate at rest. Moreover, while some heart good to also reduces muscle mass and slow metabolism.

Instead, try this:
Eat 6 small meals a day, but balanced. Your carbohydrates are high in fiber, your proteins should be lean and fat must be sober, but rich in Omega 3 a.m. to 6 p.m. fatty acids. Avoid fatty foods, alcohol and sweets.

Lift weights or run power yoga. These are resistance exercises that increase your muscle mass and burn extra calories 24 hours a day. It also helps some heart.

Use a tape measure instead of a scale to measure progress, because the tape measure is more accurate.
