Iron Deficiency And Cardiac Arrest Can Regular Iron Deficiency Anemia Be Life-threatening?

Can regular Iron Deficiency Anemia be life-threatening? - iron deficiency and cardiac arrest

My sister has a bad case of anemia, iron injections need. Iron pills are not sufficient to increase the amount of iron and hemoglobin in the blood. That is how it is. I know Sickel Cell Aplastic and are potentially fatal. Iron deficiency causes fatigue, listlessness, pallor, shortness of breath, nausea and dizziness. I think it can cause heart failure or cardiac arrest if not treated. Do you know if this can be very dangerous?

Have you ever Her sister transfusions to treat anemia? I had two blood transfusions for severe anemia. I have heart failure. Please take him to a doctor immediately if you have these symptoms:

The sudden weight gain (three or more books a day five or more pounds in a week or whatever amount you said that the report)
Shortness of breath not related to the exercise or the exercise
Increased swelling of the lower extremities (legs or ankles)
Swelling or pain in abdomen
Insomnia (waking up with shortness of breath, with more cushion)
Frequent cough
Increased fatigue

For more information about anemia and the heart:

Complications
Mild anemia usually does not cause complications. However, left untreated, iron-deficiency anemia may worsen and lead to health problems, including the following:

Heart problems. Iron deficiency anemia can cause rapid or irregular heartbeat. Your heart has to pump more blood to compensate for the lack of oxygen in the blood, if you and# 039; again anemic. In close people with coronary heart disease - arteries that feed the heart - disabled anemia can lead to angina pectoris. Angina is chest pain caused by a decrease in oxygen and blood flow to the heart muscle.

Symptoms of anemia can also:

Pain or swelling of the tongue
Brittle nails
Exceptional demand for non-food products such as ice, dirt or pure starch
The lack of appetite, especially in infants and children with iron deficiency anemia
Some people who experience iron deficiency, anemia, restless legs syndrome - an uncomfortable tingling or tingling in the legs, usually by adding them easier.

Anemia is a condition in which cells that carry oxygen, are few in number, our body needs oxygen in order to optimize the functioning of the institutions, if your sister can not get your iron shots, your body will be deprived of oxygen and is what life is in danger ..
